Any of the following acts shall be deemed to have been committed as other offenses related to the enemy:-
(a) If he becomes a prisoner of the enemy, knowingly neglects to obey orders without being reasonably aware beforehand, or if he does not return after being a prisoner of the enemy even though he is in a position to return,
(b) If he communicates with the enemy without proper authority or provides information in any other way or if he does not immediately inform his commanding officer or higher officer, even after knowing that such action has been taken,
(c) Raising a flag of truce without proper authority.
